This document attests to Young Platform S.p.A.’s compliance with the regulations in force in the French Republic regarding digital assets, as well as its regular registration with the competent supervisory authority.

The Company is authorised to operate in France as a Prestataire de Services sur Actifs Numériques (PSAN) (Digital Asset Service Provider).

This registration certifies that the Company has met the requirements set forth by French law regarding the integrity and competence of its management and compliance with Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) procedures.
Operational Scope and Supervision
Role of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF)
The AMF is the independent public authority responsible for protecting savings invested in financial products, informing investors, and ensuring the orderly operation of markets. The PSAN registration confirms that Young Platform operates under this body’s supervision for activities carried out within French territory.
Authorized Activities
By virtue of its status as a registered PSAN (No. E2022-060), Young Platform is authorised to perform the following activities:
- Custody of digital assets on behalf of third parties.
- Purchase or sale of digital assets for legal tender.
- Exchange of digital assets for other digital assets.
- Operation of a trading platform for digital assets.
Regulatory Compliance
Operations in France are conducted in full compliance with the regulatory framework established by the French Monetary and Financial Code (Code monétaire et financier) and the implementing regulations issued by the AMF.
