Crypto-Asset Services. Crypto-asset services are provided by Young Platform S.p.A., with registered office at Via F. Cigna 96/17, 10155 Turin, Italy. Young Platform S.p.A. is registered with the Organismo Agenti e Mediatori (OAM) as a virtual currency operator (no. PSV1 205532) for the purposes of national AML legislation, and submitted to Consob, on 5 December 2025, an application for authorisation as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) pursuant to Articles 62–63 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCAR). Pending the conclusion of the authorisation procedure, it operates under the transitional regime set out in Article 143 MiCAR and Article 45 of Legislative Decree no. 129/2024.
