Crypto-asset services. Crypto-asset services are provided by Young Platform S.p.A., with registered office at Via F. Cigna 96/17, 10155 Turin, Italy. Young Platform S.p.A. is authorised by Consob and Banca d'Italia to operate as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCAR), for the provision of the following services: the custody and administration of crypto-assets on behalf of clients; the exchange of crypto-assets for funds; the exchange of crypto-assets for other crypto-assets; the execution of orders for crypto-assets on behalf of clients; the placing of crypto-assets; providing advice on crypto-assets; providing portfolio management on crypto-assets; providing transfer services for crypto-assets on behalf of clients. YNG Token Issuer. Young Platform S.p.A. is the issuer of the YNG Token, a utility crypto-asset within the meaning of Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCAR), other than asset-referenced tokens (ART) and e-money tokens (EMT).
