3. The YNG Token and its exchange venues

The YNG Token is the utility token of the Young Platform ecosystem, qualified as a utility token pursuant to Article 3(1)(9) of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 and described in the current White Paper, notified to Consob. Its supply is fixed: there are no mechanisms for creating or destroying tokens, and none of the initiatives described in this Communication changes this feature.

At the close of the Reference Period, the YNG Token could be exchanged on Young Platform exclusively through Young Platform Base, a bilateral exchange platform, and traded on two decentralised liquidity pools of the Uniswap protocol: the YNG/USDC pool (0x1C65313c3BE89D78Ba315A044eB5847D21a3A2Eb) and the YNG/WETH pool (0x3Ec3244C7F7344a8983DF8dA2416e981EDc53E22). Since 28 July 2026 the Token can also be traded on WhiteBIT, an exchange venue operated by a third party (section 5.2).

4. YNG Token performance during the Reference Period

4.1 Price

In the third quarter of 2026 the YNG Token went from €0.574 at the close of 30 June to €0.503 at the close of 30 September (−12.3%). At the date this Communication was drafted, 25 October 2026, the price stood at €0.453. The prices reported in this section are market prices and do not include transactions carried out in OTC mode, including the portion of Vesting Service orders that may be executed in that mode, which are settled at the price defined in the OTC Service Information Notice.

4.2 Levels observed during the period

The following observations describe the historical price performance and constitute neither an operational recommendation nor an indication of future levels.

The quarter opened with a growth phase. In July the Token ranged between a low of €0.546 (16 July) and a high of €0.633 (27 July), the highest level of the quarter, and closed the month at €0.593, a performance of +3.3%.

From August the Token went through a settling phase. In August it ranged between a high of €0.590 (1 August) and a low of €0.535 (28 August), with a monthly performance of −9.4%. In September it moved between a high of €0.546 (5 September) and a low of €0.492 (20 September), closing the month at €0.503 (−6.4%). The all-time high of the YNG Token remains €0.9534, recorded on 15 October 2025.

4.3 Market context

The third quarter of 2026 marked the recovery of the crypto-asset market after the lows at the end of June. Bitcoin closed the quarter at around $83,600 (+7.3% in July, +25.0% in August, +6.4% in September) and Ethereum at around $2,690 (+18.5%, +32.5%, +8.8%).

The rally was concentrated in the second half of August, when spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded their highest weekly inflows since October 2025. September consolidated the move despite an unfavourable backdrop: on 15 September the US Senate rejected the CLARITY Act, the federal regulatory framework for the sector, and the following day the Federal Reserve raised rates by a quarter of a point, to 3.75-4%.

5. Ecosystem developments

The quarter saw the start of trading of the YNG Token on WhiteBIT, the launch of the Young Boost Vesting Service, the release of the first version of the DeFi Wallet for Club Users and the admission of EURC on Young Platform. The developments are presented in two parts: those that occurred during the Reference Period (5.1-5.7) and those after its close, up to the date of publication (5.8-5.9). With the exception of the DeFi Wallet (section 5.1), which introduces a new use of the Token, the developments described do not affect the features, tokenomics, supply or rights attached to the YNG Token.

During the Reference Period

5.1 DeFi Wallet

On 28 September 2026 Young Platform released the first version of the DeFi Wallet, initially reserved for all Users with an active Club level, from Essential to Platinum. The DeFi Wallet is a non-custodial (self-custody) wallet integrated into the Young Platform app, based on the ERC-4337 Account Abstraction standard and on an MPC 2-of-2 security architecture, which gives access to pre-selected decentralised lending protocols: at the date of this Communication the Morpho and Aave protocols are available, with the USDC and EURC stablecoins.

The DeFi Wallet also broadens the utility of the YNG Token. Network fees for transactions carried out through the wallet can be paid in USDC, EURC, ETH or YNG Tokens: if paid in YNG Tokens, they benefit from a discount applied by default. The discount applies only to the network fee and not to the infrastructure fee. For more information on DeFi Wallet Fees and Prices, please refer to the dedicated web page. Users with an active Club level also benefit, separately, from a discount on the infrastructure fee applied to the returns of the lending protocols.

The DeFi Wallet is a non-custodial wallet, offered outside the scope of the crypto-asset services governed by MiCAR: the Company neither holds nor controls the User’s crypto-assets, and the DeFi Wallet is not offered as a service of custody and administration of crypto-assets on behalf of clients; the protections provided by Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 for authorised services therefore do not apply to transactions carried out through the wallet. The terms, conditions and risks of the service are described in the DeFi Wallet Terms and Conditions and in the DeFi Wallet Risk Disclosure. The extension of access to all Users, which took place after the close of the quarter, is described in section 5.8. Forward-looking information: planned developments include the extension of the DeFi Wallet to Bitcoin, with the aim of enabling access to the lending protocols with BTC as well by early 2027. Timing and terms may vary, and the returns of the protocols are not guaranteed.

5.2 Start of trading on WhiteBIT

Since 28 July 2026 the YNG Token can be traded on WhiteBIT, on the YNG/USDC pair. It is the first centralised exchange venue outside Young Platform on which the Token has been admitted, and it sits alongside Young Platform Base and the Uniswap pools (the only decentralised venue on which it is currently available) without changing the features of the Token. WhiteBIT’s European platform is not yet operational: at the date of this Communication, residents of the European Union therefore cannot trade the Token on WhiteBIT. WhiteBIT is operated by a third party, and transactions carried out on that platform are governed by its contractual terms, as recalled in section 10.

5.3 Vesting Service (Young Boost)

In July 2026 Young Platform launched Young Boost, the YNG Token Vesting Service. The service allows a User who buys YNG Tokens on the platform, for amounts from €5,000, to lock them for a period made up of an initial two-month Cliff and a progressive release phase of 12, 24 or 36 months, receiving a quantity of Additional YNG Tokens that follows the same schedule. The additional Tokens are allocated by the Issuer from the Treasury & Ecosystem Rewards reserve; their allocation does not constitute a promise of return. Conditions, percentages and risks are described in the Vesting Service Information Notice.

5.4 Exchange of the YNG Token on Young Platform Pro

As announced in the second-quarter report, since 1 July 2026 it has not been possible to place orders on the YNG Token on Young Platform Pro, following the adjustments made to comply with the obligations laid down in Regulation (EU) 2023/1114. At the date of this Communication the situation is unchanged: the restoration of trading of the Token on Young Platform Pro is subject to the launch of WhiteBIT EU, an external exchange venue that may be integrated for the execution of orders on that platform. This is forward-looking information and does not constitute a commitment as to the timing of the restoration.

5.5 Young Platform card and cashback in YNG

During the Reference Period, cashback in YNG Tokens on purchases made with the Young Platform debit card led to the distribution of 49,904.83 YNG, up 47.5% on the previous quarter, as reported in section 6.3.

5.6 Update of Club benefits

Since 27 July 2026 the Gold and Platinum Club levels have had a dedicated Account Manager, which replaces the previous “VIP Support” benefit.

5.7 Admission of EURC on Young Platform

On 11 September 2026 it became possible to buy and sell EURC on Young Platform, the euro stablecoin issued by Circle and qualified as an e-money token (EMT) pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2023/1114. The admission is part of the DeFi Wallet roadmap: EURC is, together with USDC, one of the crypto-assets with which the lending protocols available in the wallet can be accessed (section 5.1).

After the close of the Reference Period

5.8 DeFi Wallet open to all Users

Since 7 October 2026 the DeFi Wallet has been available to all Young Platform Users, no longer only to Club members. The conditions for accessing the protocols remain those described in section 5.1; the discount on the infrastructure fee applied to returns remains reserved for Users with an active Club level.

5.9 Calculation and payment of taxes on crypto-assets

Forward-looking information. Young Platform is working on the introduction of the administered savings regime (regime del risparmio amministrato) for the crypto-assets held on the platform, which is expected to become operational from the beginning of 2027. Under the administered regime, the Company will act as tax withholding agent for the Users who opt in, determining the capital gains and losses realised and paying the tax due. The procedures and conditions for opting in will be communicated to Users once they are final. For Users who opt in, the taxes due on the additional YNG Tokens of the Vesting Service and on staking rewards will be withheld in YNG Tokens, upon the release of each tranche and upon the closing of the staking position respectively. The administered regime does not affect the features, tokenomics, supply or rights attached to the YNG Token.

6. On-chain transparency: distribution of the YNG Token

To allow anyone to verify how the YNG Token is distributed, the Company reports below the position of the main addresses that hold it, all publicly verifiable through a block explorer. The balances are reconstructed on-chain at the close of 30 September 2026, starting from the current balances and the transfers recorded after that date.

The custody wallet calls for a clarification. The Tokens deposited in it do not constitute a reserve of the Company: they belong to clients and are kept segregated in the accounts from the Company’s crypto-assets, pursuant to Article 75(7) MiCAR.

The YNG Tokens bought back under the Buyback Programme are held in the Buyback Wallet (0xca17856E8711569f9485e5C757e05462E37b4541), separate both from client assets and from the other treasury reserves, where they make up the YNG Reserve. The custody and use of the Reserve are governed by the Buyback Programme Information Notice.

6.3 YNG Tokens distributed during the Reference Period

During the quarter a total of 80,771.03 YNG were distributed through card cashback, Young Platform Step and staking, up 20.0% on the 67,282.35 YNG distributed through the same channels in the previous quarter. The growth comes almost entirely from card cashback, which distributed 49,904.83 YNG, compared with 33,839.08 in the second quarter. Distributions linked to Step decreased in each of the three months, while staking recorded its highest value in July.

Total24,872.565,993.6449,904.8380,771.03

The Tokens distributed come from the Company’s reserves and do not derive from the creation of new tokens: the maximum supply remains fixed at 100,000,000 YNG.

6.4 Circulating supply

Circulating supply means the quantity of YNG Tokens actually distributed and available to holders, net of the quantities held in the treasury and in the team addresses that have not yet been released into circulation. At 30 September 2026 the circulating supply amounted to approximately 27,807,698 YNG, compared with approximately 27,726,927 YNG at the end of the previous quarter: an increase of 0.29%, corresponding to the Tokens distributed during the period.

7. Buyback Programme

The Buyback Programme systematically allocates part of the revenues of the Young Platform ecosystem to liquidity operations on the YNG/USDC pool and to buyback operations of YNG Tokens on the Uniswap pools. Structure, funding sources, monthly operating cycle, execution venues and transparency regime are fully described in the Buyback Programme Information Notice, which is the sole reference for the functioning of the Programme. During the Reference Period the Programme continued according to the monthly cycle described in the Information Notice. In the cycle executed in July 2026 (resources accrued in June 2026), the Liquidity Operation added 477.99 YNG and 310.35 USDC to the YNG/USDC pool, coming from the fees accrued by the pool (24/07/2026), and the Buyback Operation bought back 8,993 YNG Tokens, for a value of approximately €5,204, which flowed into the YNG Reserve. In the August 2026 cycle the Buyback Operation was not carried out because, once the Liquidity Operation had been completed, no resources in EUR or WETH remained, as provided for by the Buyback Programme Information Notice; the Liquidity Operation added 7,882.17 YNG and 4,943.50 USDC to the YNG/USDC pool (03/09/2026), mainly reinvesting the YNG Reserve built up in the previous cycle. The Liquidity Operations can be verified on-chain on the YNG/USDC pool (0x1C65313c3BE89D78Ba315A044eB5847D21a3A2Eb).

7.1 Warnings

Buybacks and liquidity operations are carried out at the discretion of Young Platform and do not constitute a commitment to carry out future operations. The Programme is not a price stabilisation or support operation, does not entail any commitment to maintain specific price or liquidity levels and does not guarantee any return to Token holders. Past operations are not indicative of future ones.

8. Club members

At 30 September 2026 there are 2,429 Club members, up 0.6% on the 2,415 recorded with the same method at 30 June 2026, and together they keep approximately 8.57 million YNG Tokens locked on the platform. The data include only Users who have activated a Club level through the voluntary lock-up of YNG Tokens, in accordance with the procedures described in the White Paper and in the Terms and Conditions.

10. Risks

Anyone who holds or is considering buying the YNG Token should bear in mind that crypto-assets, including the YNG Token, are highly volatile instruments and carry a significant risk of losing all or part of the capital invested. Crypto-assets are not covered by the bank deposit guarantee schemes provided for by Directive 2014/49/EU, nor by the investor compensation schemes provided for by Directive 97/9/EC.

The data reported in this Communication, from the price performance to the distribution of the Token, from the treasury to the liquidity of the pools, capture the situation at the dates indicated and constitute no guarantee of future results or future stability. It should also be noted that, at the date of this Communication, the liquidity of the YNG Token is concentrated on a limited number of trading channels, exchange through orders on Young Platform Pro is not available (section 5.4) and residents of the European Union cannot trade the Token on WhiteBIT (section 5.2).

Two areas require particular attention. Access to decentralised protocols, including through the DeFi Wallet, involves the risks inherent in smart contracts and does not benefit from the protections provided by Regulation (EU) 2023/1114. Likewise, trading on exchange venues operated by third parties, such as WhiteBIT, is subject to the regulation applicable to those operators and to their contractual terms: Young Platform does not manage these platforms, is not responsible for the transactions Users carry out on them, and the protections linked to its CASP authorisation do not extend to such transactions.

For a full treatment of the risks connected with holding crypto-assets and operating on Young Platform, please refer to the General Risk Disclosure and to the dedicated section of the current YNG White Paper.

11. Communications and contacts

For requests for assistance, clarification or reports relating to this Communication, Users may contact the Young Platform Support Centre, available at support.youngplatform.com. The procedures for submitting complaints and the dispute-resolution channels are described in the General Terms and Conditions of Young Platform, Crypto-Asset Services.
