This section contains communications relating to inside information on the YNG Token, published by Young Platform S.p.A. as issuer.

Under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 on markets in crypto-assets (“MiCAR”), inside information includes information of a precise nature that has not been made public, relates directly or indirectly to a crypto-asset or its issuer, and, if made public, would be likely to have a significant effect on the price of that crypto-asset or of a related crypto-asset. The communications published in this section are intended to provide the public with fast, correct and complete access to relevant information concerning the YNG Token.

Crypto-Asset Services. Crypto-asset services are provided by Young Platform S.p.A., with registered office at Via F. Cigna 96/17, 10155 Turin, Italy. Young Platform S.p.A. is registered with the Organismo Agenti e Mediatori (OAM) as a virtual currency operator (no. PSV1 205532) for the purposes of national AML legislation, and submitted to Consob, on 5 December 2025, an application for authorisation as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) pursuant to Articles 62–63 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCAR). Pending the conclusion of the authorisation procedure, it operates under the transitional regime set out in Article 143 MiCAR and Article 45 of Legislative Decree no. 129/2024. Issuer of the YNG Token. Young Platform S.p.A. is the issuer of the YNG Token, a utility token within the meaning of Article 3(1)(9) of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCAR), which is neither an asset-referenced token nor an e-money token. The characteristics, rights, operational functions, and risks of the YNG Token are fully described in the White Paper notified on 17 April 2026 (DTI: RGN2XS8ZG). Contractual Documentation. Young Platform S.p.A. is registered in the relevant Register as a Payment Services Agent of TPPay S.r.l. and is accordingly authorised by the Organismo Agenti e Mediatori (OAM) under identifier no. 205532, registration no. SP5627. TPPay S.r.l. is registered at no. 27 of the Register of Electronic Money Institutions (IMEL), Mechanical Code 36928, maintained by the Bank of Italy pursuant to Article 114-quater, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree no. 385 of 1 September 1993, as subsequently amended (Consolidated Banking Act), with registered office at Via Serviliano Lattuada, 25, 20135 Milan (MI), Italy.
