Inside information

In this section, Young Platform S.p.A., acting as the issuer of the YNG Token, complies with the obligation to disclose inside information to the public, as required by Article 88 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCAR).

"Inside information" means information of a precise nature, which has not been made public, relating, directly or indirectly, to the YNG Token or its issuer, and which, if it were made public, would be likely to have a significant effect on the price of the YNG Token or related crypto-assets (Article 87 MiCAR).

The disclosures compiled on this page make such information public to ensure timely, fair, and complete access for the general public. Each disclosure will remain available for consultation for at least five years from its publication date.

Crypto-asset services. Crypto-asset services are provided by Young Platform S.p.A., with registered office at Via F. Cigna 96/17, 10155 Turin, Italy. Young Platform S.p.A. is authorised by Consob and Banca d'Italia to operate as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCAR), for the provision of the following services: the custody and administration of crypto-assets on behalf of clients; the exchange of crypto-assets for funds; the exchange of crypto-assets for other crypto-assets; the execution of orders for crypto-assets on behalf of clients; the placing of crypto-assets; providing advice on crypto-assets; providing portfolio management on crypto-assets; providing transfer services for crypto-assets on behalf of clients.
