Performance of the YNG Token during the reference period
4.1 Price
The price of the YNG Token moved from €0.4428 at the close of 31 March 2026 to €0.574 at the close of 30 June 2026, a change over the period of +29.6%.
As at the date of drafting of this Communication (22 July 2026) the price stands at €0.58, substantially in line with the close of the quarter.
4.2 Levels observed during the period
Historical observations on price performance. They do not constitute an operational recommendation nor an indication of future levels.
The Young (YNG) token recorded a phase of appreciation in the first part of the quarter, exceeding in the second half of April the €0.49 area, which in the previous quarter had represented a resistance level. In June a retracement was observed, consistent with the general trend of the crypto-asset market described in paragraph 4.3.
In the month of June alone, the token fluctuated between a low of €0.529 (7 June) and a high of €0.572 (11 June), with a monthly performance of -8.4%. In the same month, Bitcoin recorded a loss of 21.6% and Ethereum of 23.9%.
The all-time high of the YNG Token remains €0.9534, recorded on 15 October 2025.
4.3 Market context
The second quarter of 2026 opened with a recovery and closed with the most marked correction of the year. The total market capitalisation of crypto-assets recorded a monthly performance of approximately +13% in April, -1.0% in May and -20.0% in June, standing at approximately $2.02 trillion as at 30 June 2026.
Bitcoin closed the quarter at $60,160 (+11.8% in April, +2.4% in May, -21.6% in June). Ethereum closed at approximately $1,610 (+7.2%, -6.6%, -23.9%).
The main contextual factors observed during the period: in the first part of the quarter, recovering flows into spot Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs; in the second part, record outflows from the same products (approximately $4.8 billion in June alone), a re-acceleration of US inflation, the first ECB rate hike since 2023 (11 June), geopolitical tensions and a marked concentration of capital in the technology equity sector.
30 June 2026 also marked the expiry of the MiCAR transitional regime in the European Union, with the exit from the EU market of operators lacking authorisation.
Ecosystem developments during the period
5.1 Authorisation as a crypto-asset service provider (CASP)
On 30 June 2026 Young Platform S.p.A. obtained from Consob and Banca d’Italia the authorisation to operate as a crypto-asset service provider (CASP) pursuant to Article 16(1) of Legislative Decree 129/2024 and Article 63 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114, for 8 of the 10 services governed by the Regulation: exchange of crypto-assets for funds, exchange of crypto-assets for other crypto-assets, execution of orders on behalf of clients, custody and administration, transfer, advice, portfolio management, placement.
The authorisation occurred within the Reference Period and concluded, for the Company, the national transitional regime under Article 143(2) MiCAR. By virtue of the European passporting regime, the authorisation obtained in Italy allows cross-border operation within the European Union. To date, Young Platform has already obtained the passporting measure to operate as a CASP also in France.
The features of the services described refer to the date of the document. Functionality, costs and conditions are detailed in the Terms and Conditions published on youngplatform.com and prevail over the summary reported here.
5.2 Payment account, debit card and cashback in YNG
On 20 April 2026 the Young Platform payment account and debit card became fully operational, provided through TPPay S.r.l., a payment institution authorised by Banca d’Italia pursuant to Directive (EU) 2015/2366 (PSD2). These are services that fall outside the MiCAR scope.
At the same time, a structural and permanent cashback mechanism was activated, paid in YNG Token on expenditure made with the card, structured by Club level:
- Essential: 0,1%
- Bronze: 0,30%
- Silver: 0,90%
- Gold: 1,80%
- Platinum: 3,60%.
From the same date, the 0.15% fee applied to each transaction made with the card constitutes a new source of funding for the Buyback Programme (paragraph 7).
The detailed economic conditions of the account, the card and the cashback programme are defined in the Terms and Conditions published on youngplatform.com, which prevail over the summary reported here.
5.3 Arcade “Tap to Play”
On 20 April 2026 the Arcade “Tap to Play” section was launched, governed by the Prize Competition Rules published on youngplatform.com. Holders of YNG Token benefited from an advantage structured by Club level, expressed in Gems, points internal to the contest not convertible into YNG Token. The initiative did not involve any direct distribution of YNG Token.
After the close of the Reference Period, on 20 July 2026, the competition concluded in accordance with the terms set out in the relevant Rules.
5.4 Admission of the BNB Token to trading
Development subsequent to the close of the Reference Period.
On 16 July 2026, the possibility to trade the Binance Coin (BNB) token became operational on Young Platform. The expansion of the catalogue of available crypto-assets does not affect the characteristics, rights or functions of the YNG Token.
5.5 “MYCA” deposit promotional campaign
Development subsequent to the close of the Reference Period.
From 1 July to 2 August 2026 the “MYCA” (Move Your Crypto Assets) promotional campaign is running, aimed at Users who transfer crypto-assets or funds to the platform. The campaign provides for three cumulative deposit tiers, to which correspond benefits structured across five categories: Bonus Wallet, Tax Report, enhanced cashback in YNG Token, dedicated conditions on the card and payment account, and the assignment of an Account Manager.
The initiative constitutes a promotional communication aimed at Users and does not affect the tokenomics of the YNG Token, the supply or the rights conferred by the Token. It is referenced here for completeness regarding the operational context of the period. The detailed conditions are defined in the Promotion Rules published on https://youngplatform.com/en/legal/promo-myca/.
5.6 YNG Boost feature – Vesting Service
Development subsequent to the close of the Reference Period..
The Vesting Service on the YNG Token, which allows the User to purchase YNG Token by locking them for a period of their choosing in exchange for an additional quantity of Token, was commercially named “YNG Boost” on 14 July 2026. The rules of the programme, the access conditions and the related risks are described in the dedicated pre-contractual information, delivered together with the Vesting Contract and available on the Company’s official channels.
5.7 Admission of the YNG Token on an additional trading venue (WhiteBIT)
Development subsequent to the close of the Reference Period.
During the Reference Period, the admission of the YNG Token to trading venues additional to those indicated in paragraph 3 was not completed.
After the close of the quarter, the Company entered into an agreement for the admission of the YNG Token to trading on WhiteBIT, a European centralised exchange. The transaction was made public through a dedicated notice pursuant to Article 88 MiCAR on 21 July 2026; the start of trading is scheduled for 28 July 2026.
Operation on the WhiteBIT platform is subject to the regulation applicable to that operator and to the relevant contractual terms. Young Platform does not manage and is not responsible for the transactions carried out by Users on third-party platforms.
5.8 Update of Club benefits
Development subsequent to the close of the Reference Period.
An update of the benefits associated with the Gold and Platinum Club levels has been resolved, with the introduction of a dedicated Account Manager replacing the previous “VIP Support” benefit. The change concerns the product benefits associated with the voluntary lock-up of YNG Token and does not affect the tokenomics of the Token.
5.9 Capital increase of Young Group S.p.A.
Development subsequent to the close of the Reference Period.
On 7 July 2026 Young Group S.p.A., the parent company of Young Platform S.p.A., publicly announced the closing of a €22.5 million capital increase, with Gruppo Azimut as the principal investor.
The transaction concerns the capital of the parent company and does not affect the tokenomics, the supply or the rights conferred by the YNG Token.
5.10 DeFi Wallet
Initiative under development. Forward-looking information.
The development of the DeFi Wallet continues, a non-custodial wallet integrated into the Young Platform application, based on Account Abstraction (ERC-4337 standard) and an MPC 2-of-2 security architecture. The service allows access to pre-selected decentralised lending protocols.
Regulatory classification: this is a service falling outside the MiCAR scope, as the Company does not hold or control the User’s private keys. The protections provided by Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA) for authorised services do not apply to transactions carried out through the DeFi Wallet.
As at the close of the Reference Period, and as at the date of this Communication, the release of version 1 has not yet taken place and an availability date has not been confirmed.
Forward-looking information relating to roadmap, new services and future initiatives is indicative in nature and does not constitute contractual commitments nor a guarantee of realisation within the indicated timeframes.
5.11 Update to the Savings feature service fee
During the Reference Period, the fee applied to recurring purchases through the Salvadanaio feature was aligned with the standard trading fee of 1.89%.
The change affects, among others, Users who have set up recurring purchases in YNG Token, for whom it translates into a lower execution cost on each instalment. It concerns the economic conditions of an ancillary service and does not affect the tokenomics of the YNG Token, the supply or the rights conferred by the Token.
5.12 Trading of the YNG Token on Young Platform (Base and Pro)
Development subsequent to the close of the Reference Period.
As from 1 July 2026, following the platform’s adaptation to Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCAR), the YNG Token is tradable exclusively on Young Platform Base. On Young Platform Pro it is no longer possible to place buy or sell orders for the Token: any pending orders were automatically closed during the maintenance window between 30 June and 1 July 2026, with the relevant amounts returned to the User’s available balance. The YNG Token positions held in custody by Users were not affected in any way.
The measure stems from the operating model of Young Platform Pro, on which the Company executes orders by seeking the best counterparty on external trading venues integrated for that purpose: as at the date of this Communication, the YNG Token is not yet admitted on external qualified venues integrated for the execution of orders on Young Platform Pro. Trading of the Token on Young Platform Pro may be restored once such conditions are met, with notice provided sufficiently in advance.
For details of the changes introduced on Young Platform Base and Young Platform Pro following MiCAR, please refer to the communications published in the dedicated section of the website:
- Technical update to Young Platform Base
- Discontinuation of the YNG Token exchange service on Young Platform Pro and retention of bilateral exchange only on Young Platform

This section reports exclusively the transactions carried out during the Reference Period.
The Programme’s sources of funding are four: fees from the staking feature, fees from the decentralised liquidity pools, the 0.15% fee on transactions with the Young Platform card (from 20 April 2026), and the Young Platform Step (50% of the value of the YNG Token issued through Step, up to a maximum of €5,000 per month).
