It is understood that any news regarding this Competition shall always be accompanied by a link to these Terms and Conditions.
CHAPTER II – MECHANISM OF PARTICIPATION
Art. 9 – Missions
Missions represent the primary means of participation in the Competition and consist of digital activities that Participating Users may perform through the platform. The completion of Missions allows for the accumulation of Gems, according to the methods and criteria established by these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter.
Missions may be:
- Repeatable (single cycle): May be completed multiple times, but only one at a time. A new instance of the Mission will only be activatable after the completion and claiming of the previous one.
- Repeatable (parallel): Each eligible event generates a new autonomous Mission. There are no limits on simultaneous activation, unless otherwise stated.
- Non-Repeatable: May be completed only once by each Participating User during the entire duration of the Competition.
Each Mission may provide for one of the following Gem allocation methods:
- Manual Claim: The user must access the dedicated section and confirm the completion of the Mission to receive the Gems.
- Automatic Claim (Autoclaim): Gems are automatically attributed upon the occurrence of the foreseen conditions.
The platform shall indicate the type and allocation method of Gems for each Mission. Missions may be general or linked to specific Tournaments.
The specific characteristics, completion conditions, and operational methods relating to each Mission will be detailed exclusively within the digital platform or Young Platform ecosystem products, ensuring maximum clarity and usability for Users in the designated digital environment.
Art. 10 – Gems and Tickets
The completion of Missions allows Participating Users to obtain Gems. Gems:
- Contribute to the score in the general Competition Leaderboard (Championship) (see Art. 9);
- Allow the progressive unlocking of Tickets, according to predefined accumulation thresholds;
- Are not assignable, transferable, or convertible into currency.
Tickets are assigned automatically upon reaching each envisaged Gem threshold. Such thresholds are established by the Promoter and communicated via official channels (e.g., online documentation, in-app communications, or dedicated sections). Thresholds may be updated by the Promoter during the course of the Competition, including in relation to the general progress of the competition, to ensure the balance and regularity of the initiative.
Each assigned Ticket is identified by a unique code and will be recorded in the Registers for participation in the draws. Each Ticket is associated with a specific Tournament.
Art. 11 – Leaderboard (Championship) and Final Prize
The Competition provides for the awarding of a final prize based on a Leaderboard (Championship) determined by the total number of Gems accumulated by each Participating User during the entire duration of the Competition.
The Leaderboard (Championship) is updated in real-time and can be consulted by users within the dedicated section of the application. For the purposes of the actual awarding of final prizes, a Final Register will be generated which shall include exclusively Participating Users who, on the Competition closing date:
- Do not fall within the categories of excluded subjects pursuant to these Terms and Conditions;
- In the event of a tie in score between two or more participants, priority shall be given to the participant who reached the score in question first.
The prizes awarded for the final Leaderboard (Championship) correspond to those listed in Table 1 – Final Leaderboard (Championship) Prize Pool in Art. 13.
Art. 12 – Tournaments and Draws
The Competition is divided into multiple intermediate phases named Tournaments, each of which involves a random draw among Participating Users who have obtained at least one valid Ticket in the reference period.
For the purposes of each Tournament draw, only Tickets unlocked during the relative reference period shall be considered. Tickets obtained in previous Tournaments shall not grant access to subsequent draws and shall be excluded from future Tournament Registers.
To be included in a Tournament Register and be considered for the draw:
- The Participating User must be in possession of at least one Ticket unlocked during the relevant reference period.
All draws, relating to each Tournament, shall be carried out in a single session at the end of the Competition.
The prizes awarded for each Tournament correspond to those listed in Table 2 – Tournament Prize Pool in Art. 13.
With reference to Tournaments 5 and 6, it is specified that each prize may be awarded only once per single User within the same Tournament. Therefore, should a winning Ticket associated with a User be drawn, all other Tickets of the same User referring to the Tournament in which the win occurred shall be automatically excluded from the relative Register and shall not participate in further draws for that Tournament. It is understood that the potential awarding of a prize in Tournament 5 does not entail any exclusion or limitation to the participation of the same User in the draws for Tournament 6, and vice versa.
