How to submit a complaint to TPPay
For complaints regarding payment services provided by TPPay S.r.l., please refer to the procedure made available by TPPay at the following link:

TPPay undertakes to respond within 15 business days from receipt of the complaint. In exceptional circumstances, this period may be extended to a maximum of 35 business days, provided an interim reply is issued within the first 15 business days, indicating the reason for the delay and the final deadline by which a definitive response will be provided.
If the response received does not resolve your concern, or if you do not receive a reply within the applicable timeframe, you may pursue one of the following alternative dispute resolution procedures.
Arbitro Bancario Finanziario (ABF)
The ABF is an out-of-court dispute resolution system that offers a simpler, quicker, and more cost-effective alternative to court proceedings.

Mandatory mediation attempt
Before initiating legal action, it is mandatory to attempt mediation through a body registered with the official register held by the Italian Ministry of Justice. Recognised bodies include the Arbitro Bancario Finanziario (ABF), the Financial Banking Conciliator, and any other authorised mediation body.
