Crypto-asset services. Crypto-asset services are provided by Young Platform S.p.A., with registered office at Via F. Cigna 96/17, 10155 Turin, Italy. Young Platform S.p.A. is authorised by Consob and Banca d'Italia to operate as a Crypto-Asset Service Provider (CASP) under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCAR), for the provision of the following services: the custody and administration of crypto-assets on behalf of clients; the exchange of crypto-assets for funds; the exchange of crypto-assets for other crypto-assets; the execution of orders for crypto-assets on behalf of clients; the placing of crypto-assets; providing advice on crypto-assets; providing portfolio management on crypto-assets; providing transfer services for crypto-assets on behalf of clients.
YNG Token Issuer. Young Platform S.p.A. is the issuer of the YNG Token, a utility crypto-asset within the meaning of Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCAR), other than asset-referenced tokens (ART) and e-money tokens (EMT). The features, rights, operational functions and risks of the YNG Token are described in full in the White Paper notified on 17 April 2026 (DTI: RGN2XS8ZG).

Payment Account. Young Platform S.p.A. is registered in the relevant Register as a Payment Services Agent of TPPay S.r.l. and is accordingly authorised by the Organismo Agenti e Mediatori (OAM) under identifier no. 205532, registration no. SP5627. TPPay S.r.l. is registered at no. 27 of the Register of Electronic Money Institutions (IMEL), Mechanical Code 36928, maintained by the Bank of Italy pursuant to Article 114-quater, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree no. 385 of 1 September 1993, as subsequently amended (Consolidated Banking Act), with registered office at Via Serviliano Lattuada, 25, 20135 Milan (MI), Italy.
