The only exception is made for Tournament 2, as the draw for the prizes relating to this tournament takes place at the conclusion of the Special Tournament.
6. Territorial Scope
The Competition takes place throughout the entire territory of the Italian Republic. Participation is also open to users residing in one of the Member States of the European Union, provided that the Competition is organized and managed in Italy pursuant to Presidential Decree No. 430 of October 26, 2001.

It is understood that news regarding this Competition will always be accompanied by a link to these Rules.
CHAPTER II – PARTICIPATION MECHANISM
10. Quests and Achievements
Quests represent the primary tool for participating in the Competition and consist of digital activities that Participating Users can perform through the platform. Completing Quests allows the accumulation of Gems, according to methods and criteria established by these Rules and by the Company.
Quests can be:
- Repeatable (single cycle): can be completed multiple times, but only one at a time. A new instance of the Quest can only be activated after the completion and claiming of the previous one.
- Repeatable (in parallel): every eligible event generates a new independent Quest. There are no limits to simultaneous activation, unless otherwise specified.
- Non-Repeatable: can be completed only once per Participating User throughout the duration of the Competition.
Each Quest may provide one of the following methods for awarding Gems:
- Manual Claim: the user must access the dedicated section and confirm the completion of the Quest to receive the Gems.
- Autoclaim: Gems are awarded automatically upon the occurrence of the expected conditions.
The platform will indicate the type and method of awarding Gems for each Quest. Quests can be general or linked to specific Tournaments. In addition to the Quests, there are also Achievements in-app, i.e., specific types of Quests that allow the Participating User to accumulate Extra Gems based on specific actions to be completed during the Competition’s validity period.
The specific features, completion conditions, and operational procedures relating to each Quest or each Achievement will be detailed exclusively within the digital platform or the products of the Young Platform ecosystem, ensuring maximum clarity and usability for Users in the digital environment designated for the initiative.
11. Gems, Tickets, and Extra Credit
Completing Quests allows Participating Users to obtain Gems. The Gems:
- contribute to the score in the general Leaderboard (Championship) of the Competition;
- allow the progressive unlocking of Tickets, according to predefined accumulation thresholds;
- are not assignable, transferable, or convertible into currency.
Tickets are awarded automatically upon reaching each set Gem threshold. These thresholds are established by the Company and communicated via official channels (e.g., online documentation, in-app communications, or dedicated sections). The thresholds may be updated by the Company during the Competition, also in relation to the general progress of the competition, to ensure the balance and regularity of the initiative.
Each assigned Ticket is identified by a unique code and will be recorded in the Registers for participation in the draws. Each Ticket is associated with a specific Tournament.
For all Participating Users who are not winners at the end of the Ticket draw of each single Tournament, so-called “Extra Credits” may be provided, as better defined above and in Article 12 below.
12. Leaderboard (Championship) and Leagues
The Competition entails the awarding of a final prize based on a Leaderboard (Championship) determined by the total number of Gems accumulated by each Participating User over the entire duration of the Competition.
The Leaderboard (Championship) is updated in real-time and can be consulted by users within the dedicated section of the application. For the purpose of actually awarding the final prizes, a Final Register will be generated, including exclusively the Participating Users who, on the Competition’s closing date:
- do not fall among the excluded subjects pursuant to these Rules;
- in the event of a tie score between two or more Participants, priority will be given to the Participant who first reached the score in question.
The prizes awarded for the final Leaderboard (Championship) correspond to those listed in Table 1 – Final Leaderboard (Championship) Prize Pool.
In addition to the general Championship Leaderboard, so-called “Leagues” are also established: Diamond, Ruby, and Sapphire. This structure allows Participating Users to be drawn by lot to win specific prizes, provided they fall within these restricted groups.
The Leagues are divided as follows:
13. Tournaments and Draws
13.1 The Competition is divided into periodic phases called Tournaments. The “Standard” Tournaments have a duration of four (4) weeks each, while the “Special Tournament” has a limited duration of one (1) week. The Tournaments have the following nomenclature: (i) Standard Tournament 1: Insert Coin; (ii) Standard Tournament 2: Checkpoint; (iii) Special Tournament: Hall of Fame, (iv) Standard Tournament 3: Final Stage.
13.2 For the purposes of each draw, which will take place at the end of each Tournament (except for Standard Tournament 2, the draw for which will take place at the end of the Special Tournament), only the Tickets unlocked by the Participating User during the relative Phase will be considered. Tickets obtained in a previous Tournament cannot be accumulated, do not give the right to access the draws of subsequent periods, and will be automatically excluded from the Registers of future Tournaments.
13.3 The draw of winners for each Tournament will not take place in a single final session, but will be carried out at the end of each single Tournament (except for Standard Tournament 2, the draw for which will take place at the end of the Special Tournament). At the end of each draw, every User will receive a summary of the outcome of their Tickets within the platform.
13.4 Extra Credit: for all Participating Users who have obtained at least one Ticket but have not won any prize during the Tournament draw, the Company provides for the assignment of extra gems. These Gems are intended to facilitate obtaining new Tickets in the subsequent Tournament or to improve the User’s ranking in the general Championship Leaderboard. During the Special Tournament, no Extra Credits will be awarded.
13.5 The outcome of each draw (winning the prize or awarding of Extra Credit) will be communicated to the User through an interactive animation available in the Young Platform app immediately after the end of each Tournament. It is understood that the complete statistical and visual recap experience, called “Wrapped”, will be generated and made available to Participating Users exclusively upon the final closure of the entire Championship and not for the single intermediate Tournaments.
13.6 Regarding prizes consisting of physical goods, each prize can be awarded only once per individual Participating User within the same Tournament. If a winning Ticket associated with a User is drawn, all other Tickets of the same User relating to the same Tournament will be automatically excluded from the relevant Register for the remaining draws of that Phase. The potential awarding of a prize in a Tournament does not preclude participation or the possibility of winning in subsequent Tournaments or in the final Leaderboard.
13.7 The Special Tournament (Hall of Fame) is an exclusive event reserved for a maximum of 120 Users. Access occurs in two ways:
- Via Pass/Golden Ticket: 20 (twenty) Users who win the “Participation Pass/Golden Ticket” put up for grabs via random draw exclusively during Tournament 1.
- Via Leaderboard: the top 100 (one hundred) ranked Users in the General Leaderboard at the start of the Special Tournament. Users already in possession of the Pass/Golden Ticket are excluded from this count, allowing the Leaderboard to slide down until the 100 spots are reached for Users without a Pass/Golden Ticket.
CHAPTER III – PRIZES AND GUARANTEES
14. Types of Prizes and Prize Pool
The total value of the prizes offered by the Company is quantified at a total amount of Euro 42,980.95 (forty-two thousand nine hundred eighty/95), including VAT where applicable. The prizes are distinguished as follows:
- Final Leaderboard (Championship) and League Prizes;
- Standard Tournament Prizes, awarded by random draw at the end of each Tournament;
- Special Tournament Prizes;
- Access Pass/Golden Ticket, put up for grabs in Tournament 1;
- Extra Credits.
15. Insurance Surety Bond
To guarantee the prizes offered, the Company has subscribed to an insurance surety bond with a leading Italian insurance company for the total amount of Euro 42,980.95 (forty-two thousand nine hundred eighty/95), in order to cover 100% of the prize pools.
CHAPTER IV – FINAL PROVISIONS
16. Delivery of Prizes
At the end of each draw, each user will receive a detailed summary of the outcome of the Ticket draw. The Tickets held by a single User may result in: non-winning or associated with a specific prize. Furthermore, in case of victory, the User will receive detailed instructions for redeeming the prize, after which the Competition shall be considered concluded.
In the event of the awarding of the Second Prize of the Final Leaderboard – Django Classic 125 – to a winner not residing in Italy but residing in an EU country, the delivery of the prize is subject to the following conditions:
- Tax Compliance and Acceptance: delivery of the prize will be conditioned on the winner’s acceptance and signing of the Release Receipt. This document certifies the acceptance of the prize in its taxable value and relieves Young Platform from any liability regarding tax burdens on the prize itself, as required by Italian legislation on prize competitions.
- Costs Borne by Young Platform: Young Platform will fully bear the following costs and procedures: (i) purchase of the vehicle, management of temporary registration, and first registration in Italy; (ii) transfer of ownership from the promoter to the winner; (iii) Italian administrative costs for the transfer of ownership, including IPT (provincial transcription tax) and ACI/PRA taxes; (iv) international shipping of the vehicle to the agreed address in the winner’s EU country of residence.
- Costs Borne by the Winner (EU Countries): the non-resident winner in Italy will be responsible for the following obligations: (i) final registration in the EU country of residence, including the costs for issuing local license plates; (ii) since the vehicle is produced for the EU market, it will already be homologated (Certificate of Conformity/COC) and not subject to Import Duties or import VAT. However, the winner of this prize will be required to complete the local regularization, including any further bureaucratic procedures requested by the competent authorities to put the vehicle on the road.
The identification of winners will take place after the end of the Competition in Turin in the presence of a Notary or an Official from the territorially competent Chamber of Commerce, and the prizes will be delivered to the winners within 180 days from the end of the Competition, in compliance with the provisions of Article 1, paragraph 3 of Presidential Decree No. 430 of October 26, 2001.
Following the shipping of the prizes, the closing report of the competition will be drawn up, again in the presence of a Notary.
17. Server Location
The servers that collect, manage, and store the data of Participating Users in this Competition are located in the Italian territory.
18. Miscellaneous Provisions
Canceled or unexecuted orders, or those which, at the sole discretion of the Company, appear suspicious, anomalous, or attributable to fraudulent behavior, will be excluded from the Gem calculation. The same exclusion also applies to transactions, operations, and/or behaviors that, at the sole discretion of the Company, present profiles of anomaly, risk, or circumvention of the Competition rules. The Company reserves the right to verify the validity of orders, operations, and behaviors and to exclude any user attempting to alter the proper conduct of the Competition.
19. Waiver of Recourse
Pursuant to Article 30 of Presidential Decree No. 600 of September 29, 1973, the promoting Company declares it waives its right of recourse towards the winners of the awarded prizes.
20. Allocation of Unassigned Prizes
Unassigned, unclaimed, or uncollected prizes within the expected deadlines – excluding those explicitly rejected – will be donated to the following non-profit organization (ONLUS):
Save The Children, Piazza San Francesco di Paola 9, Rome – Tax Code 97227450158 – VAT Number 07354071008.
