Except as provided for in the company privacy policy available at the following link youngplatform.com/legal/privacy-policy/ and referred to in full here, with this document, we want to inform you that our goal is to create a unique experience tailored to you. To achieve this, we focus on developing and delivering customised features and services so we can offer you better, more convenient and safer services. For this purpose, we use the information you share with us and store it on your customer account to determine your needs and interests. This means we can offer you more relevant content that matches your needs and interests. Personalisation allows you to see more quickly the content that is most relevant to you or content that is presented to you in a special way (such as highlighted educational content). Offering a personalised experience is an integral part of the Young Platform service. We call interest-based content “personalised” or “targeted”. We use it to show you features, products and services that may interest you.
What do we need from you before we can show you interest-based content?
To offer you content based on interests (such as tips, educational articles, market news, helpful articles or information and marketing communications), we use transactional information or details about how you use the platform. This might include the way you interact with the sections, content or services on Young Platform. We don’t use personal identifiers such as your name or email to deliver interest-based content. We’ll only keep the information collected for the time necessary to provide our services in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the applicable laws.
As you might expect, we use cookies, pixels and other technologies (collectively “cookies”), which help us to understand how effective our interest-based content is by showing us which sections, services, ads and content are clicked on or displayed, so we can keep offering you the most useful, relevant information. Your purchase history, searches and saved items help us show you the content that works best for you.

How do we work with third parties to show you interest-based content?
We work with third parties (the software and advertising providers of Young Platform Spa) in order to improve the relevance of the content we send and publish. When providing you with interest-based content, we won’t associate your interactions on other websites with personal identifiers, nor will we disclose your personal identifiers to third-party companies other than our providers. If we do disclose your data, it is only for the purpose of allowing you to use the services offered by Young Platform Spa.
You won’t always need to provide detailed personal information, but if you don’t, you may not be able to use all the features of the Young Platform products, and it’s unlikely that you’ll receive our optimal user experience. However, the choice is yours, and we respect that.
We anonymise and also aggregate personal data (so it won’t identify you) and use it for things like testing our IT systems, research, data analysis, improving our site and apps, and developing new products and services.
Fraud prevention and detection
We may use any of the above categories of data in order to identify, prevent and detect fraud. Detecting and preventing fraud is an absolutely essential part of our service and our contractual commitment to you. Fraud prevention isn’t just a legal requirement. It’s also very important to us.
We’ll also use Purchase History data to protect our platform and comply with our Terms of Service as part of our contractual commitment to you.
