The “Welcome Bonus” programme (the “Programme”) is aimed at promoting the Young Platform brand and the use of its Young Platform mobile application (“App”) or web platform (“Platform”). These are fundamental components of the technological platform developed by Young Platform S.p.a., with registered office in Via Francesco Cigna n.96/17, Turin (TO), postcode 10155.
By joining the ‘Welcome Bonus’ initiative, you accept the conditions of the programme, specified below.
It is also specified that a user who signs up for the first time to the service offered by Young Platform and also complies with the provisions of clause 1 (limited to this document, such user is identified as “the Member”), by accepting the following Terms and Conditions, the user also agrees that his/her contractual relationship with Young Platform S.p.a. shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Italian law and applicable European regulations, as well as by the Terms and Conditions and Policies applicable to the platform and available using this link: https://youngplatform.com/en/legal/terms-conditions-young-platform/. It is understood that for all matters not expressly included herein, the Terms and Conditions signed by the user when opening his/her Young Platform account shall apply.

Conditions and modalities for participation in the programme
Necessary conditions for participation in the Programme are:
- not being a customer of Young Platform (‘not subscribing to the Service’),
- not yet having carried out the registration process through the App, including the identification and due diligence procedure (the ‘Signup’)
- carrying out the signup process using a promotional code (the ‘Promo Code’ or ‘Referral Code’) or an affiliate link (the ‘Referral Link’).

To participate in the Programme, you must choose one of these modes:
- Download the App and complete the Signup via a Referral Link; or
- Download the App and complete the Signup by entering an Invitation Code or Promo Code that you have received.
In both cases, the App will give immediate feedback for a successful operation.
Value of Bonuses and Award Criteria
Users participating in the programme may be awarded either: a bonus with a nominal value of EUR 5.00 (five/00) (the “Bonus”) or a bonus with a nominal value of EUR 10.00 (ten/00) (the “Double Bonus”).
A bonus of EUR 5.00 (five/00) will be awarded in one of these cases:
- to those who download the App and complete the Signup via a Referral Link, a Promo Code or Invitation Code of another user who is a Member of the initiative, or
- to those who download the App and complete the Signup via sponsored Link Referral through digital advertising on platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Linkedin, Twitter, Google Advertising etc.
The Double Bonus of 10.00 (ten/00) Euro will be awarded to those who download the App and complete the Signup via a Referral Link, a Promo Code or an Invitation Code received from a specific influencer or content creator with whom Young Platform S.p.a. has entered into a commercial partnership.
The awarding of bonuses will take place once all the following steps have been performed:
- Signup completed or Service has been activated,
- the user makes a minimum deposit of 50.00 (fifty/00) Euro in cryptocurrencies/fiat.
The allocation of bonuses is conditional upon the positive outcome of the identification and adequate verification processes by Young Platform S.p.a. in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Service.
When bonuses are awarded, a pop-up notification will be sent to the Member in the App or Platform. It will also be visible in the dedicated section called “Invite Friends”. The Member may at any time verify the successful completion of the operation in the section called “Euro Wallet”, present among the menu items of the App.
Thereafter, it will be necessary for the Member to redeem the Bonus within 90 (ninety) days from the date of Signup.
Should the Member fail to redeem the Bonus, at the end of 90 (ninety) days from the date of Signup, the Bonus shall be considered expired and therefore no longer valid for the purposes of this Programme.
Use of the bonus
The Bonus or Double Bonus redeemed by the Member in the context of the Programme may be used by the same member only and exclusively as a credit for the payment of the transaction costs envisaged for the use of the Service and available at the following link https://exchange.youngplatform.com/fees, in accordance with the aforementioned contractual conditions. This credit will always be viewable in the “Promo Wallet” section in the App and/or Platform.
Limits to the Award and Utilisation of the Bonus
As this programme is reserved for new customers, each Member is entitled to participate in the Programme once and only once, upon their Signup. The Member will be uniquely identified through the Signup procedure.
The Bonus obtained by a Member who has completed the Signup (as referred to in Article 2), and made the minimum deposit of 50.00 (fifty/00) Euro in cryptocurrencies/fiat (as referred to in Article 2), may be redeemed within 90 (ninety) days from the date of registration, and used up to 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of its redemption, after which the Member may no longer draw any other rights in relation to this Programme.
Duration of the programme
The Programme is valid from the 19th of December 2022 until the 31st of December 2024.
Suspension, modification or variation of the programme
Young Platform S.p.a. reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Programme by notifying the user on the App, by e-mail or through the website www.youngplatform.com at least 7 (seven) days in advance. The modification, cancellation or suspension of the Programme shall have no effect with respect to Registrations made before the effective date of the modification/suspension/cancellation.
