Introduction

The following Terms & Conditions govern the use of the service (“Service”) provided by Young Platform S.p.A. (“Young”) on the company’s Exchange platform. By accessing or using the Service, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, provided that they have already accepted the General Terms and Conditions – Young Platform Currency Exchange.

Service and Technology

The Service is provided by Young using technology and algorithms developed by third-party external providers. Young is responsible for all aspects of the Service, including its provision, operation, maintenance, and customer support.

Limitation of Liability

Young disclaims any liability for any damage not attributable to its own actions concerning the use of the Service. In particular, under no circumstances shall Young be held liable for:

• Interruptions, malfunctions, or suspensions of the Service that are in no way attributable to the Company;
• Losses, direct or indirect damages, depreciation, consequential or incidental damages, or any other type of damage that may arise from using the Service, including those resulting from trading strategies provided through the Service. In this regard, the client declares that (i) they are aware that using the Service may result in the total loss of their capital, (ii) they acknowledge that the Service requires a high level of knowledge and experience, and (iii) they understand how the Service operates and that the documentation provided by Young is comprehensive and sufficient to fully inform them of all necessary details for using the Service;
• Errors, omissions, or failure to update data;
• Events related to the operation of the technology, arising directly or indirectly from a natural event or force majeure circumstances.

Use of the Service

Users using the Service must comply with Young Platform S.p. A’s guidelines and regulations. The Company is not responsible for any transactions or decisions made by Users concerning their use of the Service.

Suspension or Termination of the Service

Users may terminate or revoke access to the Service at any time. They can submit a request directly through the Young Platform’s dedicated dashboard.

Amendments to the Terms

Young Platform reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on Young Platform and will take effect immediately. By continuing to use the Service after the amendments have been made, the User accepts the revised Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Italian law. The competent court for all disputes between the Parties shall be the Court of Turin, except where consumer protection regulations apply (e.g., Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005).
