Use of the Service
Users who choose to utilise the Service must adhere to the guidelines and regulations provided by Young Platform S.p.A. The Company is not responsible for the operations carried out or decisions made by Users regarding the use of the Service.
As of 29 December 2025, all previously activated Service configurations that are not aligned with the new parameters communicated to Users via the Company’s official channels shall be considered as being phased out and/or decommissioned. The User is invited to proceed with the manual closure of such configurations. The User agrees that if, by the definitive migration date of 29 December 2025, such phasing-out configurations are still active, they will be automatically and unilaterally closed by the Company, and the relevant funds will be transferred and credited back to the User’s Main Wallet.
Suspension or Termination of the Service
Users may terminate or revoke access to the Service at any time. This action may be performed directly through the Young Platform by submitting a request via the dedicated User dashboard on Young Platform.
Amendments to the Terms
Young Platform reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be published on the Young platform and shall be effective immediately upon publication. By continuing to use the Service after the Terms have been amended, the User accepts the changes made.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. The Court of Turin shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes between the Parties, except where regulations in favour of the consumer apply (e.g., Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005).
