Whereas:

• Young Platform S.p.a. in the interest of its customers, in order to offer a wide and diversified range of products available to users, has implemented new purchase and custody methods by increasing the functionality of the product called ‘Moneybox‘;
• the Moneybox allows users to make periodic purchases of their chosen cryptocurrencies, facilitating both the purchase process and, also, allowing them to decide the time frame within which subsequent purchases are to be made (‘Purchase Interval‘), thus instructing the Platform to execute transactions within the chosen Purchase Interval;
• For all dealings between Young Platform and the User, the General Terms and Conditions of the products subscribed to (with particular regard to the Currency Exchange Terms and Conditions) shall apply unless directly amended by the following.

By accepting these conditions, the User agrees to use the Moneybox service, which has the following features: 

(i) there are three different types of Moneybox:

1. The Bespoke Bundle:

• It is the feature that allows the user to choose from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 5 currencies to be included in The Bespoke Bundle, also selecting the percentage of purchase for each;
• each user may create an unlimited number of Bespoke Bundles.
• The currencies available for this type are as follows: BTC, ETH, ADA, DOGE, DOT, MANA, MATIC, SAND, UNI, XRP, YNG; including some new additions: AAVE, LINK, LTC, AVAX, AXS, BAT, SOL, PAXG, FTM;
• The amount of the recurring purchase of the individual currency within the Bespoke Bundle can vary from a minimum of Euro 25.00 up to a maximum of Euro 250.00.

1. The Curated Bundle

• It is the functionality that allows the User to select the currencies he/she prefers among those present within a specific set of technological projects developed by third parties on decentralised technologies and pertaining to a specific sector (hereinafter the “Thematic Sector“), which are – by way of example but not limited to – the following Web3; Metaverse; Proof of Work (PoW); Smart Contract; DeFi;
• Each User may create a single Curated Bundle for each type of Thematic Sector;
• The currency sets available for this type of Moneybox are the following: Web3 (DOT, LINK, UNI, BAT, MANA); Metaverse (SAND, MANA, AXS); PoW (BTC, LTC, DOGE); Smart Contract (AVAX, ADA, ETH, DOT, MATIC); DeFi (AAVE, UNI, LINK); Popular (BTC, ETH, YNG, XRP);
• In this case, the minimum recurring purchase for each individual currency in the chosen set is Euro 10.00; while the minimum distribution percentage will be 10% for each asset. In any case, the Euro equivalent of the distribution must be greater than the minimum amount of the individual currency.

1. Single Coin Moneybox:

• is the functionality that allows the user to create a Moneybox in which to set up a recurring purchase of a single currency, also specifying the Purchase Interval;
• In this case, the User has the option of holding only one Moneybox for each currency available and purchased on a recurring basis;
• The currencies available for this type are the following: BTC, ETH, ADA, DOGE, DOT, MANA, MATIC, SAND, UNI, XRP, YNG; including some new additions: AAVE, LINK, LTC, AVAX, AXS, BAT, SOL, PAXG, FTM;
• The amount of the recurring purchase of the single currency within the Moneybox in question may vary from a minimum of Euro 25.00 to a maximum of Euro 250.00; it is understood that whenever the service-providers change, the payment conditions dictated by them may change.

(iii) as far as the fee structure is concerned, the applicable trading pair is always the crypto-EUR pair (whose fees can always be consulted on the Young Platform websites).

(iv) the transfer of cryptocurrencies to the Moneybox does not result in the amounts transferred therein being unavailable to the User, which will always be present in the balance and withdrawable even pro-rata as described in the Terms and Conditions Currency Exchange; 

(v) the User may decide at any time to discontinue one or more of the activated Moneyboxes and transfer all or part of the amounts to the spot wallet. Moreover, should the User simply wish to modify one or more of its Moneyboxes, the same may activate, deactivate or modify the recurring purchase(s), setting a different Purchase Interval and a different dedicated amount;

(vi) The User, when accessing the homepage of his/her Young Platform application from mobile, will first find the general balance (Wallet + Moneyboxes) while he/she will have to open the individual service categories to monitor the balance of the Wallet or individual Moneybox(es) separately.

(vii) The User has the option of temporarily or permanently suspending contributions to the Moneybox; given the significance of the suspension on a permanent basis, the Platform will propose to the Customer a confirmation of the permanent closure, which will lead to the simplification of the provisions of the previous point without prejudice to the Customer’s willingness to resume contributions at any time in the manner set out in point (i).

(viii) Without prejudice to Young Platform’s indemnities already provided for in the Currency Exchange Terms and Conditions, Young Platform shall not be liable for any malfunctioning of the Moneybox which affects the operation of the Purchase Interval, causing delays or non-execution.
