The Young Platform Gift Card is available for purchase at Panorama, Pam Local, and Penny Market stores, Carrefour, bars, tobacconists, and through participating corporate welfare platforms (list of participating stores available at www.youngplatform.com) located in Italy, as well as on the website www.youngplatform.com. For anything not expressly provided herein, please refer to the full reading of the General Terms & Conditions – Currency Exchange, available on the website www.youngplatform.com or via the mobile platform.

Usage

The following terms of use govern the use of the Gift Card:

• The Gift Card is intended exclusively for the purchase, in one or more transactions, of crypto assets sold on the Young Platform and Young Platform Pro platforms.
  
• To use the Gift Card, it is necessary to have previously accepted the General Terms & Conditions – Currency Exchange of Young Platform.
  
• The Gift Card can be loaded and activated on the platform after being purchased in-store, with a chosen value between €50.00 and €250.00.
  
• The Gift Card may also be purchased on the website www.youngplatform.com or online in digital format with a value between €20.00 and €250.00.
  
• After purchase, the Gift Card must be activated on the Young Platform by entering the Gift Card code or the activation code received via a separate email (by the purchaser or the recipient of the Gift Card), depending on the address entered at the time of purchase.
  
• The loaded amount does not accrue interest. The remaining balance cannot be transferred to a new Gift Card. The amount loaded on the Gift Card and not used within the validity period (i.e., within 3 years from the date of activation) cannot be otherwise used and will not be refunded. The validity period of the Gift Card is not extendable, even if there is an active and unused balance.
  
• To use the Gift Card on the platforms, it is necessary to associate the Gift Card with a profile. Once redeemed, the Gift Card cannot be reused on other accounts.
  
• Any ongoing promotions do not apply to the purchase of Gift Cards.
  
• The Gift Card is “one-shot” and therefore can be redeemed in a single transaction, which can subsequently be divided into multiple purchases until the full value is used.
  
• The Gift Card cannot be reloaded and does not entitle the holder to cash refunds: if lost, stolen, or damaged, the card cannot be blocked and Young Platform cannot be held liable for any improper use, theft, loss, or damage, or in the event of loss of codes for virtual Gift Cards. In case of theft, loss, or damage that renders the barcode or its associated numeric code unreadable, the Gift Card will not be replaced or refunded.
  
• An invoice cannot be issued for the purchase of the Gift Card.
