The “Friends Bonus” programme (the “Programme”) is aimed at promoting the Young Platform brand and the use of the Young Platform mobile application (the “App”) or of the web platform (the “Platform”), a fundamental component of the technological platform developed by Young Platform S.p.a., with registered office in Via Francesco Cigna n.96/17, Turin (TO), postcode 10155
By joining the Programme, you accept the Programme’s conditions, which are specified below.
It is also specified that a user who intends to invite a third party to use the service offered by Young Platform (referred to herein as the “Member“), by accepting the following Terms and Conditions, also agrees that the contractual relationship with Young Platform S.p.a. shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law and applicable European regulations, as well as by the Terms and Conditions and Policies applicable to the platform and available using this link: https://youngplatform.com/legal/terms-conditions-young-platform/. It is understood that for anything not expressly included herein, the Terms and Conditions signed by the user when opening his/her Young Platform account shall apply.

Conditions and modalities for participation in the programme
Necessary conditions for participation in the Programme are:
- becoming a customer of the Young Platform service or already being a customer of the Young Platform service (the ‘Service’);
- having completed the Young Platform Signup process including the identity verification and due diligence procedure (the ‘Signup’);
- inviting a friend to join Young Platform by using the personal promotional code (the ‘Invitation Code’) available in the ‘Invite a Friend’ section of the App or on the Platform.
It is specified that users who are members of the Platinum Club cannot participate in this programme, as they already benefit from a 100 per cent discount on buying and selling fees by virtue of their Platinum Club membership.

To participate in the Programme, you must share your personal Invitation Code available via the dedicated section within the App or Platform with your friends by the end of the Programme period.
If the person who receives the Invitation Code (the “Invited Friend”) fulfills all the participation requirements listed in the following section (“Bonus Value and Award Criteria”), the App will give an immediate acknowledgement of the transaction (the “Match”).
Bonus value and award criteria
The user who participates in the Programme (the “Member”) will be awarded a Bonus with a nominal value of 10.00 (ten/00) Euros (the “Bonus”) for each Invited Friend who completes the Signup.
Each Member may invite a maximum of 10 (ten) different Friends, and accumulate a maximum of 10 (ten) Bonuses equivalent to a grand total of 100.00 (one hundred/00) Euro. Each of the Invited Friends will in turn be awarded a Bonus with a nominal value of 10.00 (ten/00) Euro.
In order for the Bonus to be effectively awarded, both the Member and each Invited Friend must necessarily make a deposit in cryptocurrencies/fiat of a minimum value of 50.00 (fifty/00) Euros.
The bonus of EUR 10.00 (ten/00) will, then, be awarded only if all the following steps are completed:
- The Member completes Signup or completes activation of the Service
- The Member makes a deposit in cryptocurrencies/fiat for a minimum value of 50.00 (fifty/00) Euro
- The Member invites a friend with the personal Invitation Code available in the “Invite Friends” section in the App
- The invited Friend completes the Signup procedure by downloading the App
- The invited Friend makes a cryptocurrency/fiat deposit to a minimum value of 50.00 (fifty/00) Euro
The award of the Bonus is subject to the positive outcome of the identification and proper verification processes by Young Platform S.p.a., in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Service. It is understood that Young Platform shall under no circumstances be obliged to recognise anything to the Member who presents an Invited Friend who does not correctly pass the identity checks and/or who is blocked after the checks have been carried out as a result of a finding of irregular operations.
When the Bonus is awarded, a pop-up notification will be sent to the Member in the App or Platform, also visible in the dedicated section called “Invite Friends”. The Member may at any time verify the successful completion of the operation in the section called “Euro Wallet”, present among the menu items of the App.
Thereafter, it will be necessary for the Member to redeem the Bonus within 90 (ninety) days of its allocation.
Should the Member fail to redeem the Bonus, at the end of 90 (ninety) days from its allocation, the Bonus shall be considered expired and therefore no longer valid for the purposes of this Programme.
If the Member proceeds to invite an Invited Friend during a promotional campaign (the “Campaign Period”), it will be necessary for the Member to complete the procedure set out in section 2 before the end of the Campaign Period. Otherwise, the Member shall receive the standard Bonus (amounting to 10.00 (ten/00) Euros) and not the one envisaged during the Campaign Period. Use of the bonus
The Bonus redeemed by the Member in the context of the Programme may be used by the same only and exclusively as a credit for the payment of the transaction costs envisaged for the use of the Service and available at the following link https://exchange.youngplatform.com/fees, in accordance with the aforementioned contractual conditions. This credit will always be viewable in the “Promo Wallet” section in the App and/or Platform.
Limits to the Award and Utilisation of the Bonus
Each Member is entitled to receive, in standard situations, thus excluding Campaign Periods, an overall total of EUR 100.00 (hundred/00) by inviting a maximum of 10 (ten) different Friends who complete points 4 and 5 indicated in Article 2 of this document (“Bonus Value and Award Criteria”). Each Invited Friend will be uniquely identified through the Signup procedure. The Bonus obtained may be redeemed within 90 (ninety) days of its allocation, and may be used up to 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of its redemption, after which time the Member shall have no further rights in relation to this Programme.
Duration of the programme
The Programme is valid from the 19th of December 2022 until the 31st of December 2024.
Suspension, modification or variation of the programme
Young Platform reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Programme by giving notice thereof by means of a notification on the App, by e-mail or on the website www.youngplatform.com at least 7 (seven) days before the amendment/suspension/cancellation is due to take effect. The modification, cancellation or suspension of the Programme shall have no effect with respect to Matches occurred before the effective date of the modification/suspension/cancellation.
