The “Bonus Amici” programme (hereinafter the “Programme”) is designed to promote the Young Platform brand and the utilisation of its mobile application, Young Platform (hereinafter the “App”), or the web platform (hereinafter the “Platform”), which constitutes a fundamental component of the technological infrastructure developed by Young Platform S.p.A., with registered office at Via Francesco Cigna n.96/17, Turin (TO), Postcode 10155, Italy.

By adhering to the Programme, the user accepts the conditions specified herein.

Furthermore, it is specified that the user intending to invite a third party to utilise the service offered by Young Platform (hereinafter, for the purposes of this document, identified as the “Participant”), by accepting these Regulations, also acknowledges and accepts that the contractual relationship with Young Platform S.p.A. shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law and applicable European regulations, in addition to the Terms and Conditions and Policies applicable to the platform, available at the following link: https://youngplatform.com/legal/terms-conditions-young-platform/. It is understood that for any matter not expressly included in this document, the Terms and Conditions subscribed to by the user upon opening their Young Platform account shall be deemed valid and applicable.

Conditions and Modalities of Participation in the Programme

The necessary conditions for participation in the Programme are as follows:

• To become a client of the Young Platform service or to already be an existing client of the Young Platform service (the “Service”);
• To have completed the Young Platform registration process, inclusive of the identification procedure and adequate due diligence (the “Signup”);
• To invite a friend to register with Young Platform utilising the personal promotional code (the “Referral Code”) available in the “Invite a Friend” section of the App or Platform.

To participate in the Programme, it is necessary to share the personal Referral Code, available via the dedicated section within the App or Platform, prior to the expiration of the Programme’s validity period.

Should the recipient of the Referral Code (the “Invited Friend”) satisfy all participation requirements listed in the subsequent section (“Bonus Value and Assignment Criteria”), the App shall provide immediate confirmation of the successful operation (the “Match”).

Bonus Value and Assignment Criteria

The user participating in the Programme (the “Participant”) shall be awarded a Bonus with a nominal value of €10.00 (ten/00 Euro) (the “Bonus”) for each Invited Friend who completes the Signup. Each Participant may invite a maximum of 10 (ten) distinct friends and accumulate a maximum of 10 (ten) Bonuses, equivalent to a total aggregate of €100.00 (one hundred/00 Euro). Each Invited Friend shall, in turn, be awarded a Bonus with a nominal value of €10.00 (ten/00 Euro).

The Bonus shall be assigned at the moment the Invited Friend has executed purchase orders for a total counter-value equal to €50.00 (fifty/00 Euro). For the purposes of reaching the minimum threshold, fractional orders are also valid, provided they strictly cumulatively equal or exceed the aforementioned amount.

Therefore, the Bonus of €10.00 (ten/00 Euro) shall be assigned solely if:

1. The Participant completes the Signup or completes the activation of the Service;
2. The Participant invites a friend using the personal Referral Code available in the dedicated “Invite Friends” section present in the App;
3. The Invited Friend completes the Signup procedure by downloading the App;
4. The Invited Friend executes purchase orders for a total aggregate amount of at least €50.00 (fifty/00 Euro), including via fractional operations.

The assignment of the Bonus is conditional upon the positive outcome of the identification and adequate verification (due diligence) processes by Young Platform S.p.A., in accordance with the contractual conditions of the Service. It is understood that Young Platform shall under no circumstances be obliged to recognise any benefit to a Participant who introduces an Invited Friend who fails to correctly pass identity verifications and/or who, subsequent to verification, is blocked following the detection of irregular operational activity.

Upon assignment of the Bonus, a pop-up notification shall be sent to the Participant in the App or Platform, also visible in the dedicated Section named “Invite Friends”. The Participant may at any time verify the successful conclusion of the operation in the section named “Euro Wallet”, present among the App menu items.

Subsequently, it shall be necessary for the Participant to redeem the Bonus within 90 (ninety) days of its assignment.

In the event of failure by the Participant to redeem the Bonus upon the expiration of 90 (ninety) days from its assignment, the Bonus shall be deemed expired and consequently no longer valid for the purposes of this Programme.

Should the Participant proceed to invite an Invited Friend during a promotional campaign (the “Campaign Period”), it shall be necessary for said Friend to complete the procedure referred to in point 2 prior to the conclusion of the Campaign Period. Failing this, the Participant shall receive the standard Bonus (equal to €10.00) and not that envisaged during the Campaign Period. Utilisation of the Bonus

The Bonus redeemed by the Participant within the scope of the Programme may be utilised by the same solely and exclusively as credit aimed at the payment of transaction fees provided for the use of the Service, which can be consulted at the following link https://exchange.youngplatform.com/fees, in compliance with the contractual conditions previously cited. Such credit shall always be viewable in the “Promo Wallet” section present in the App and/or Platform.

Limitations on Assignment and Utilisation of the Bonus

Each Participant is entitled to receive a Bonus for each Invited Friend who satisfies the requirements indicated in Art. 2 of these Regulations. The maximum number of valid Invited Friends is set, ordinarily, at 10 (ten). This limit may be modified or removed within the scope of specific promotional campaigns or individual agreements, as communicated from time to time by Young Platform.

There is no provision for an overall maximum limit on the amount of Bonuses obtainable, notwithstanding that each Bonus is attributed exclusively in relation to a single Invited Friend who correctly completes the foreseen requirements.

The Bonus obtained by the Participant must be redeemed within 90 (ninety) days of its assignment and may be utilised within 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of redemption. Upon the expiry of such term, the Bonus may no longer be utilised, and all rights of the Participant in relation to the same shall cease.

Suspension, Modification, or Variation of the Programme

Young Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Programme by providing communication via notification on the App, via e-mail, or through the website www.youngplatform.com with at least 7 (seven) days’ notice prior to the expected effective date of the modification, suspension, or cancellation. The modification, cancellation, or suspension of the Programme shall not have effect with reference to Matches that occurred prior to the effective date of said modification, suspension, or cancellation.
