Circulating Supply

Circulating supply is the quantity of a crypto-asset that is actually in circulation and available on the market at a given moment. It excludes, for example, locked tokens, reserved for the team or not yet issued.

It is a figure used, together with the price, to calculate a crypto-asset’s market capitalisation.
