Promoter
1.1. This promotion, named “Business Bonus 200+200” (hereinafter, the “Promotion”), is organised and managed by Young Platform S.p.A., with registered office in Turin (TO), Via F. Cigna 96/17, Italy, VAT no. 11931440017, authorised as a crypto-asset service provider (CASP) by Consob and the Bank of Italy on 30 June 2026 pursuant to Article 16, paragraph 1, of Italian Legislative Decree no. 129/2024 and Article 63 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (hereinafter “Young” or the “Company”).
1.2. Participation in the Promotion entails full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms”), of the platform’s General Terms & Conditions and of any other applicable policy, all of which shall prevail in the event of any conflict with promotional or advertising material.
Territorial Scope and Duration
2.1. The Promotion is addressed to users who hold a Young Platform account, whether personal (natural persons) or business, duly verified (KYC completed) as at the date of entry into the Promotion, and who refer, through their own personal referral link, a company that registers and activates a business account on Young Platform through its legal representative or a duly authorised person.
2.1-bis. The Promotion is reserved for customers resident in Italy who hold a Young Platform account with a registered address of residence in Italy.
2.2. The promotional period (the “Promotional Period”) is defined as follows: from 00:00 (Italian time) on 17 September 2026 to 23:59 (Italian time) on 31 October 2026. The date and time recorded by Young Platform’s IT systems shall prevail.
2.3. The Company reserves the right to change the duration of the Promotion (extension, reduction or early closure), giving notice through its official channels, without this giving participants any right to indemnity or compensation.
Eligibility and Participation Requirements
3.1. Customers may take part in the Promotion as referrers provided that they cumulatively:
- where they are natural persons, are of legal age and have full legal capacity; where they hold a business account, act through their legal representative or through a person vested with appropriate powers of representation;
- already hold, as at the date of entry into the Promotion, an active Young Platform account duly verified in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) legislation and the KYC procedures in force;
- are not subject to any measure suspending, blocking or closing their account for breach of the Terms & Conditions, of anti-fraud policies or of applicable legislation;
- make the referral exclusively through their own personal referral link, during the Promotional Period.
3.1-bis. There is no limit to the number of companies that each referring customer may refer during the Promotional Period.
3.2. In order for the benefits set out in Article 4 below to be granted, the referred company must, through the referring customer’s referral link:
- complete the registration and business identity verification (KYB – Know Your Business) of its business account, together with the related activation, as described in the Support Guide;
- place a first order of any amount on the Young Platform platform. Merely depositing funds, without executing an order, is not sufficient for the purposes of the Promotion.
3.3. Employees, contractors and directors of Young Platform are excluded from the Promotion, as are the members of their household and any companies attributable to them, unless otherwise expressly notified by the Company.
3.4. Young Platform reserves the right to check, including on a sample basis, the authenticity of new registrations made during the Promotional Period, in order to prevent the opening of multiple or fictitious accounts for the sole purpose of obtaining the benefits (see Article 6).
3.5. Young Platform reserves the right to request, at any time, additional documentation in order to verify identity, the source of funds and compliance with the participation requirements, suspending payment of the benefits until such checks have been completed.
How the Promotion Works and the Bonus Wallet
4.1. Registration of a Young Platform account by the referred company is not in itself sufficient for the benefits to be granted. The procedure for opening and activating the Young Platform business account (KYB) must be completed, as described in the relevant Support Guide.
4.2. Activation of the account is a necessary but not sufficient condition for the benefits to be granted. Once the referred company has activated its Young Platform account, it must place a first order of any amount in order to meet all the requirements of the Promotion.
4.3. Once the referred company has placed its first order:
- a bonus of EUR 200.00 is credited to the Bonus Wallet of the referred company;
- a bonus of EUR 200.00 is credited to the Bonus Wallet of the referring customer.
4.4. The bonuses referred to in the previous paragraph are credited within 15 (fifteen) days of the referred company placing its first order.
4.5. The bonus credited to the Bonus Wallet is valid for 30 (thirty) days from the date on which it is credited. After that period the bonus may no longer be used, with no right to compensation or extension.
Amendment, Suspension and Closure of the Promotion
5.1. Young Platform reserves the unquestionable right to amend, suspend or discontinue the Promotion and/or these Terms at any time, in whole or in part, for technical, operational, regulatory or other reasons, including the need to comply with legal or regulatory provisions or with measures adopted by the competent Authorities, giving notice through its official channels. Such changes give participants no right to any indemnity, refund or compensation, without prejudice to benefits already accrued and not disputed as at the date of the change.
Exclusion of Participants and Forfeiture of Benefits
6.1. Young Platform reserves the right to exclude from the Promotion at any time, and to revoke, suspend or withhold the benefits even where already accrued, any participant who:
- fails to comply, even in part, with these Terms or with the general Terms and Conditions of the service;
- engages in fraudulent, evasive or abusive conduct, or conduct otherwise contrary to good faith, including, by way of example only, the use of several accounts attributable to the same person for the sole purpose of artificially multiplying the bonuses due, the incorporation of fictitious referred companies, orders placed for the sole purpose of artificially obtaining the benefits, or the use of untruthful identification data;
- does not pass, or ceases to pass, the KYC/AML checks required by the legislation in force and by Young Platform’s internal procedures;
- is found, on the basis of the Company’s assessments, to be in breach of applicable laws or regulations, including those on anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism.
6.2. The Company’s decision to exclude a participant and/or revoke the benefits is left to its discretionary assessment; the Company shall in any event give the person concerned brief reasons for its decision. Participants remain entitled to request clarification through customer support.
Nature of the Bonus and Absence of Financial Advice
7.1. The benefits provided under the Promotion are purely promotional and commercial in nature. No communication relating to the Promotion constitutes financial, investment, tax or legal advice, nor an invitation to invest in crypto-assets. The value of crypto-assets is subject to fluctuations that may be significant: depositing or holding crypto-assets entails a risk of loss, including the total loss of capital, regardless of participation in the Promotion.
7.2. Amounts credited to the Bonus Wallet may be used solely as a discount on the trading fees applied on Young Platform and may not, under any circumstances, be withdrawn, transferred to third parties or converted into euro or crypto-assets. After each order executed, the fees paid are credited back to the user’s Euro Wallet up to the amount available in the Bonus Wallet, which is reduced by the same amount at the same time. The amount referred to in Article 4.3 remains available, including across several successive transactions, until it is used up or until the validity period set out in Article 4.5 expires, after which any remaining amount may no longer be used.
Limitation of Liability
8.1. Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, Young Platform may not be held liable for technical disruptions, malfunctions, connectivity interruptions or events of force majeure that prevent, in whole or in part, participation in the Promotion or the granting of the benefits, nor for the consequences of investment decisions taken by Users in connection with the Promotion.
Tax Treatment
9.1. The tax treatment of the benefits received under the Promotion is the sole responsibility of the Participant, in accordance with the tax legislation in force from time to time. Young Platform does not provide personalised tax advice and invites Participants to consult a qualified professional to assess their own position.
9.2. For descriptive purposes only, it is specified that the benefits granted under the Promotion are structured as reductions of the trading fees payable on Young Platform, in accordance with the mechanism set out in Article 7.2, and not as payments in cash or in freely available crypto-assets. The previous paragraph continues to apply: the tax classification of these benefits is a matter for the Participant and their tax adviser, as Young Platform is neither required nor entitled to express an opinion on the matter.
Processing of Personal Data
10.1. Participants’ personal data are processed by Young Platform, as Data Controller, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and applicable personal data protection legislation, for purposes connected with the management of the Promotion, as described in the Privacy Policy available on the Young Platform S.p.A. corporate website at the following link: https://youngplatform.com/en/legal/privacy-policy/.
Communications and Promotional Materials
11.1. Any communication, advertising or creative material relating to the Promotion is purely illustrative and informative. In the event of any discrepancy between such material and these Terms, the text of these Terms shall prevail in all cases.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
12.1. These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute concerning the validity, interpretation or performance of these Terms shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Turin, where permitted by law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules on the consumer’s place of jurisdiction.
Support and Complaints
13.1. For information, clarification or complaints relating to the Promotion, participants may contact Young customer support through the official channels indicated at support.youngplatform.com/hc/en-us/requests/new, as well as through the dedicated Complaints form at the following link: https://youngplatform.com/en/legal/complaints/.
