General Terms and Conditions – Young Platform Club

Preamble

Dear User, by accepting these Terms and Conditions, you declare to:

be aware that this contract (hereinafter the “Terms and Conditions“) sets out the terms and conditions for the participation of Users in exclusive benefits associated with different types of clubs (hereinafter “YNG Clubs“);
be aware that these services are those referable exclusively to the domain https://youngplatform.com/it/ (hereinafter the “Site“) to which the mobile platform of the same name is connected (the Site and the platform are collectively referred to as the “Platforms“);
be aware that these Terms and Conditions relate exclusively to the YNG Club service and are not in any way referable to any other services on the Platforms and, in this regard, for anything not expressly provided for herein and for the definitions used, please refer to the documentation available at the following link https://youngplatform.com/legal/terms-conditions-young-platform/;
be aware that the selection of the functional button for membership in a YNG Club (identified with the words “Join the Club“) constitutes contractual acceptance of this document;
have read and accepted, without reservation, all the provisions and clauses set forth in this document, fully set out below.

YNG Club registration

The initiative is open to all Users who have duly completed the Registration procedure on the Platform and also meet the requirements set out below.

In order to join a YNG Club, you will need to do the following:

have duly completed the Registration process on the Platform, including the associated identity checks;
have a given number of YNG Tokens in your wallet, provided that they are not currently bound by other types of activities (by way of example, but not limited to: in the case of pre-sale purchases of YNG Tokens, which are subject to a predetermined period of unavailability);
bind for a minimum of 90 (ninety) calendar days a given number of YNG Tokens within your Wallet (“Blocking Period“). At the end of the Blocking Period, the User can decide independently if they want to:
- keep their YNG tokens blocked while continuing to benefit from the advantages associated with the YNG Club they have decided to join. In this case, the User will remain enrolled in the YNG Club until they decide to manually release the YNG Tokens;
- manually unblock their YNG tokens in order to leave the YNG Club (in which case they are instantly re-credited to the Wallet). It is understood that if the User is still benefiting from certain benefits associated with participation in the YNG Club (by way of example, but not limited to: benefiting from increased percentages on the earning wallet functionality due to participation in the YNG Club), they must first close in advance and/or wait for the expiry of the aforementioned reserved benefits before being able to leave the YNG Club and therefore have their YNG Tokens unblocked. It is understood that in the event of early termination of a plan with reserved benefits, the accumulated and not yet accrued benefits will be lost unless otherwise provided;
as an alternative to blocking one’s YNG tokens, activate a monthly subscription plan to the YNG Club with the following features:

automatic renewal,
payment through the in-app purchase functionality (“In-App Purchase Functionality”) available through the Play Store and Apple Store within the Young Platform mobile application (“Application” or “App”). The operation of the Play Store and Apple Store can be consulted respectively at the following links: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/1061913?hl=en and https://developer.apple.com/in-app-purchase/.

Each User shall in any case be free to terminate the subscription in advance at any time before the automatic renewal date, from which date the termination shall take effect. It is understood that until the aforementioned date, the User may still benefit from the advantages and active services provided by the subscription to YNG Club.

In the event of cancellation from the YNG Club and termination of all advantages and services provided, the User who subsequently wishes to re-subscribe to a YNG Club and take advantage of the related advantages and services, may choose to either bind her/his YNG Tokens or activate a subscription plan in the manner described above, regardless of the membership model chosen previously.

YNG Club

Details and benefits of membership in the individual Clubs are published at https://youngplatform.com/token-yng/clubs/. Please note that in order to enjoy the benefits, besides possessing YNG Tokens it will also be necessary to comply with the above (with particular reference to the Blocking Period and the effects of early unblocking).

YNG Club Upgrade

Any User registered to a YNG Club may upgrade to another YNG Club (“YNG Club Upgrade”) at any time.

In order to carry out a YNG Club Upgrade, you must proceed as follows:

in the case of blocked YNG Token, request an increase in the amount of blocked YNG Token up to the number required for the desired new YNG Club;
in the case of an active subscription plan, proceed to pay the higher monthly amount required for the new YNG Club desired.

Limitations and scope

It is not possible to participate in more than one YNG Club at the same time, therefore, each User may only take part in one YNG Club at a time. If a User decides to join a YNG Club other than the one they are currently in, they will lose the benefits associated with it and will only be granted those pertaining to the new YNG Club they decide to join. It is understood that open stakes in the lower tier will still remain active, except where interrupted.

Under no circumstances is it possible to “downgrade”, i.e. relegate to a lower YNG Club; on the other hand, it is possible to “upgrade”, i.e. to a higher YNG Club (always subject to compliance with the requirements attached thereto). In this case, the Blocking Period will start again from the date on which the User upgrades their YNG Club.

The benefits associated with participation in one of the YNG Clubs are valid for the future and are never retroactive. In this regard, please note that if any features and/or plans are already active prior to actual membership in one of the YNG Clubs (hereinafter referred to as “Previous Activities“), the benefits associated with the YNG Club will not be applied to such Previous Activities, but rather the benefits will apply to activities initiated after joining the relevant YNG Club.

In the event that a User is already benefiting from discounts/benefits (independent of participation in a YNG Club) that overlap with those granted by taking part in a YNG Club, the higher discounts/benefits shall apply, but it will never be possible to cumulate discounts/benefits.

Discounts/benefits reserved for Users who correctly register for one of the YNG Clubs shall also be valid and usable on the Young Platform Pro platform, except where the functionality to which the aforementioned benefits are linked is only available on the basic Young Platform.

Automatic Access to the Bronze Club

Users who achieve the maximum level on the Young Platform Step application, for which the link to the General Terms and Conditions – Young Platform Step is provided below, will have automatic access to the Bronze Club without the need to lock YNG Tokens as normally required. This access will be granted for a period of 30 days from the date each User reaches the maximum level, unless otherwise indicated by Young Platform.

Young Platform reserves the right to modify the duration of this initiative at any time and without notice. Additionally, the allocation of the Club may take up to 10 working days from the date of reaching the maximum level.

At the end of this period, access to the Bronze Club will be revoked, without any need to credit YNG Tokens to the User, as the locking of YNG Tokens is not required from the beginning.

It should be noted that this provision is valid only for Users who are not yet members of any other YNG Club. Should a User wish to move to a higher YNG Club, they must lock the full amount of YNG Tokens required for the higher Club, as set out in these Terms and Conditions.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, Users confirm their understanding and acceptance of this additional provision regarding automatic access to the Bronze Club for maximum level Users of Young Platform Step.

Furthermore, it is highlighted that Young Platform reserves the right to offer similar initiatives for other Clubs without the need to lock YNG Tokens and with the possibility of changes in access conditions and duration.

Amendments and updates

The requirements and the number of YNG Tokens needed to be able to take part in any of the aforementioned YNG Clubs may be subject to unilateral variations and/or changes arranged by Young Platform. In such a case, Young Platform shall inform its Users in good time, in the manner set out in the general terms and conditions of service signed by the User during Registration.
